To Trust or Not To Trust? That is the Question in Florida.

Whether you're working with a business owner, a blended family, or a client who’s simply procrastinated for too long, one truth remains: estate planning rarely follows a script. And in Florida, the question of whether—or when—to use a trust deserves a standing ovation.

Join us for this engaging and insight-packed luncheon as attorney Mark F. Moss takes center stage to explore the often-misunderstood estate planning tools that shape a client’s legacy. From the timeless utility of revocable and irrevocable trusts, to the Florida-only flair of Lady Bird deeds, this session helps advisors of all kinds sharpen their roles in a play where the stakes are high and the exits final.

We'll also spotlight how outdated plans, divorce, and business ownership can all conspire to derail the best intentions—unless someone (you) knows how to intervene in time. Come prepared for a lively discussion that blends strategy with storytelling—and leave ready to ask better questions, identify more risks, and help your clients avoid tragedy by design.
